During the Promotion Period, commencing on Friday, December 11 and ending on Thursday, December 24, 2015, visit any participating Bass Pro Shops location and asked for the entry form. Complete the form in its entirely and deposit it in the official ballot box. You may also participate using your a 3″x5″ piece of paper containing your name, complete address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth.
If you can’t visit a Bass Pro Shops location, go online at basspro.com/countdown and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form.
There’s a limit of one (1) entry per method entry for a total of two (2) total entries (one in-store entry and one online entry) throughout the Promotion Period. Try to enter both in-store and online for more chances to win.
