How To Enter The Valpak Make Mom’s Day Giveaway
Now through May 9, 2015, visit valpak.com/mom to enter the Valpak Make Mom’s Day Giveaway daily for your chance to win 1 of 5 weekly prizes. To enter, complete and submit the entry form as directed. You’ll be required to provide your contact information such as your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number and complete mailing address. Upon submitting the complete entry form, you’ll be automatically entered into the Giveaway. Want more chances to win? Tell you friends about the giveaway and for each valid, unique email address, you will receive one extra entry into the giveaway, up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries per day.
Alternatively, you may also enter by mail. Just hand-print your contact information (name, address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code, daytime phone number, email address and birth date) on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it to The Valpak Make Mom’s Day Giveaway, PO Box 43368, Atlanta, GA 30336. Only one (1) mail-in entry per person, per day is permitted, and each mail-in entry will result in the entrant receiving an additional six (6) entries into the Sweepstakes for the Prize drawing for a total of seven (7) entries per mail-in entry.
All entries must be completed and received by no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (EDT) on May 9, 2015 to be eligible.

Valpak Make Mom’s Day Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state/province of residence, whichever is older at time of entry.
