Entry Period
You may enter during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M. on 09/20/2014 and ending at 11:59 P.M. on 11/15/2014.
Entry Limit
No more than one (1) entry per person, per address per day.
Eligibility
Offered and open only to individuals who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 48 contiguous United States or D.C., and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Nashville, TN. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $3,600.
Trip is consisting of the following elements :
- [1] hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel in Nashville selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion;
- [2] two (2) tickets to the 2015 CMA Awards;
- [3] $500 spending money to cover meals, etc.
- [4] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel, and
- [5] airport/hotel transfers.
One Hundred (100) First Prizes winner will each receive one (1) $25 Walmart eGift Card . ARV of First Prizes: $2,500.
Three Hundred (300) Second Prizes winner will each receive one (1) Colgate® Optic White® Style products. ARV of Second Prizes: $20 each for a total for Second Prizes of $6,000.
